Venus, the expert manufacturer of SS bars, has invented FITMACH Bars – the ultimate solution for high precision machining grade in stainless steel. These calcium treated steels are specially designed for high machinability and hence facilitate a longer tool life and higher cutting speed with excellent surface finish.

The FITMACH bars are cold drawn and conform to AISI 303, 416 & 430F. The minimum content of 0.15% of sulphur provides the superior machining capability. Bars with customized chemistries are also manufactured to suit the user’s application.

  • All our bars are precision straightened.
  • The finished bars are packed in fiber tubes to protect the surface and finish.
  • Mirror finish surface is provided to suit the application.
  • All our bars are close tolerance ground and polished.
  • Our bars have close length tolerance as desired by the clients
